The Arfem Aluminium powder coating plant has a monthly capacity of 1,500 tonnes and an annual capacity of 18,000 tonnes, based on a production infrastructure of vertical and horizontal electrostatic powder coating lines. It is structured to apply a wide range of colours and finishes under controlled process conditions, matching different profile geometries, end uses and customer requirements.
Our powder coating applications are carried out in line with QUALICOAT requirements — one of the key international reference standards for aluminium surface coatings. Process parameters and surface quality are checked at different stages of production so that coating performance and continuity of quality are maintained.
As part of our fully integrated production structure, our powder coating plant is supported by technological collaborations with sector partners in Europe and the Middle East. Alongside quality standards, efficient use of resources and management of environmental impact are among the core elements of our operational approach.
