Anodizing is an electrochemical surface treatment that forms a controlled oxide layer on aluminium, increasing corrosion and wear resistance while giving the surface functional and aesthetic qualities. At Arfem Aluminium, anodizing processes are carried out on a production infrastructure designed to meet the technical and visual requirements of different sectors.
Our plant operates two separate anodizing lines with monthly capacities of 1,000 tonnes and 600 tonnes, for a total monthly capacity of 1,600 tonnes. In addition to matte and acid-matte finishes, pre-anodizing surface preparation such as satin finishing, mechanical polishing and sanding can be applied. Production is available in a range of colours and finishes, including white, yellow, brown, inox and tin black.
Our anodizing processes are run in line with QUALANOD requirements; our quality management and production infrastructure are supported by standards certified under TÜV Rheinland, ISO 9001 and TSE. Through our integrated production structure and technological collaborations with sector partners in Europe and the Middle East, we manage surface quality, process control and continuity of production together.
