The Arfem Aluminium extrusion plant operates with an annual production capacity of 29,000 tonnes and a press infrastructure that can meet different production requirements. With a production structure able to work across different alloy groups, we manufacture aluminium profiles with chemical and mechanical properties matched to customer and project requirements.
Our plant has a total of six extrusion presses of different capacities and characteristics: one 5", three 6", one 7" and one 8". This infrastructure enables the production of profiles with different sections, dimensions and technical properties, and lets us manage a wide product and application range within the same production organisation.
We manage our extrusion processes in line with process control, dimensional accuracy and product requirements, and we develop our production infrastructure on the principles of continuity of quality, efficiency and the ability to meet the technical expectations of different sectors.
