The die shop is one of the core units that form the technical backbone of our extrusion process. Dies developed by our experienced design and production team are engineered and prepared for production with profile geometry, dimensional accuracy, surface quality and production performance in mind.
An archive of more than 7,000 different dies enables us to respond quickly to a wide product range and to the technical requirements of different sectors. For new products and projects, die design and development are carried out in line with customer requirements.
Before and during production, technical checks on the dies are performed by our die-shop team, and any necessary corrections and revisions are applied. This process aims to maintain profile tolerances, dimensional conformity and continuity of production.
